You will need to wet the cloth, and try to remove it the paint with soap and water as the first choice. It’s the least toxic and safest. Depending on how dry the paint is, it can take a few tries. If that doesn’t work, you can use store bought vinegar, and remove it that way.

If the paint is very dry and stubborn, you can purchase a paint scraper, but make sure you don’t damage the glass or window as you remove the paint. As a last resort, you can use acetone to remove the paint, but be aware that this may remove the surface it’s painted on.
